WOMEN IN FINANCE SUMMIT GHANA
Counting on Women: The Future of Finance
March 3, 2026
Movenpick Ambassador Hotel, Accra
Overview
Evoke Impact is proud to present the Women in Finance Summit Ghana (WIFSG), a premier gathering of senior women leaders in finance to drive meaningful change and progress across the finance ecosystem. The WIFSG provides a focused platform for high-impact conversations, peer networking, and collaborative insight-sharing on leadership, inclusion, and innovation. This curated experience is part of Evoke Impact’s commitment to promoting diversity and amplifying women’s leadership across the finance ecosystem. Despite progress, women continue to hold just 24% of senior leadership roles globally in finance. Yet, diverse teams consistently outperform their peers—by over 30% in profitability and decision-making. The case for inclusion is clear: it not only enhances business performance but also strengthens innovation, resilience, and long-term sustainability. Evoke Impact recognises the need for a dedicated platform that addresses these disparities and brings together women leaders who are actively shaping the future of finance. Rooted in this conviction, WIFSG 2025 aims to amplify voices, deepen networks, and build a more inclusive and equitable finance ecosystem. Through candid conversations and peer-driven engagement, this initiative strengthens leadership pipelines and fosters long-term impact.
